Our Mission

California City International Film Festival (CCFF) was founded to promote the art of filmmaking on all levels by showcasing a wide variety of film, video, and animated works, by professionals, students, and faculty members from around the globe, as well as to provide educational programs in the creative arts to the public by industry leaders.

CCFF provides an opportunity for film scholars from around the world to screen new independent work.

More about the festival

A professional jury will select winning films from short and feature length narratives, documentaries, animation, in addition to music video, commercial, and PSA categories. There are separate awards for student films in all categories as well as the "Home Grown Awards" for films where 75% or more of the principle photography took place in California.
